We don’t know much about training… but LA-Mizar82(now GM-mizar82) grouped trainings and trained skill. We know also, that players need 48 minutes to have 100% of training. But if players play more than 96 minutes, game shape fall down!

There are three types of training that involve the whole team. Minutes played do not matter when training of these three choices. These are:

Inside Defence C -> PF ->SF Inside Def, Shot Blocking, Inside Shot
Rebounding C + PF or Team Rebounding, Inside Shot, Inside Def
Inside Scoring C -> PF ->SF Inside Shot, Inside Def, Jump Shot
Jump Shoot Guards or Forwards or Team Jump Shot, Jump Range, Driving
Passing PG -> SG or Team Passing, Handling, Driving
One on One Guards or Forwards or Team Driving, Handling, Inside Shot, Jump Shot
Ball Handling PG -> SG -> SF Handling, Driving, Outside Def, Passing
Outside Shooting SG -> PG or Team Jump Shot, Jump Range, Driving
Pressure PG -> SG -> SF Outside Def, Inside Def, Handling

Training: A Role-> B Role You can train only A role, or roles both A and B, but are less effective
A Role + B Role The roles train simultaneously with equal effectiveness
A Role or B Role You can’t train both Role
Moreover we know some other valuable information: players height positively influence training in rebounds and shot (Jump shoot?) And a negative one in handling. We also know that training is positively influenced by the young age, and the ability of our coach
